HookSpark Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 8, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how HookSpark, a creator-focused iPhone app from Amcle IT Solutions Inc, handles information in its current release.
What HookSpark Does
HookSpark helps short-form creators generate 5 hooks, 3 titles, 1 caption, and a platform-specific hashtag set for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This policy is written to match the app’s current behavior and should not be read as promising features or data practices that do not yet exist.
Accounts and Backend Requests
HookSpark supports account creation and authentication so you can access the app with an account. Authentication is handled through Supabase, which may process account information such as your email address and authentication identifiers as needed to create, secure, and manage your account.
When you generate content, HookSpark sends the information needed for that generation request to Amcle backend services and live AI providers so the app can return results to you. The backend may persist generation requests, responses, usage counts, and related operational records needed to provide the service, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot issues, and maintain account functionality.
AI Generation Requests
When you use HookSpark to generate content, the app sends the information needed for that request to backend services and live AI providers during runtime so the app can return results to you.
Those live provider responses are used to complete the generation you asked for. HookSpark should be treated as an active AI generation tool, not an offline template library.
Saved Ideas Stay on Device
In the current MVP, ideas you choose to save are stored locally on your device so you can reopen them later.
Amcle does not claim that saved ideas are synced to an Amcle backend or stored in an Amcle cloud account unless and until that behavior is added in production and this policy is updated accordingly.
Subscriptions and RevenueCat
HookSpark uses RevenueCat to power subscription and paywall behavior.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related and entitlement-related data needed to help the app determine subscription status, restore purchases, and manage access. For more information about RevenueCat’s practices, you should review RevenueCat’s own privacy materials.
What We Do Not Claim
This policy does not claim that HookSpark stores locally saved ideas on Amcle servers unless they are also part of backend generation or usage records described above.
This policy does not claim that HookSpark uses analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies unless and until those practices are actually introduced and this policy is updated.
Support Communications
If you contact us for support or privacy questions, we will receive the information you choose to include in your email or support request so we can respond and troubleshoot the issue.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for support.
