Generation issues
If a generation stalls or fails, close and reopen the app, confirm your internet connection is stable, and try again. HookSpark depends on live AI provider responses during runtime, so transient network or provider issues can affect results.
Subscriptions and restore purchases
If your subscription status looks wrong, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then use the app's restore purchases flow and give it a moment to refresh. If the paywall still does not unlock correctly, send us the email tied to your App Store account and a short description of what happened.
Saved ideas
Saved ideas are stored locally on your device in the current MVP. If something appears missing, first confirm you are on the same iPhone and app install. If the issue continues, contact support with the app version and what you expected to see.
